Due to E-gold problems, last week opentrade changed their payment processor from e-gold to e-bullion. You can read this if you login into your opentrade account :
Due to the problems with e-gold payment system we temporarily cease all transactions with it and ask you to switch your Open Trade account to e-Bullion payment system. In order to do that you need to create an e-Bullion account at www.e-bullion.com and replace your existing e-gold account with it in your Open Trade account INVEST in the EDIT ACCOUNT section.
Please note that your profit and initial investment will be paid in e-Bullion (e-currency). You will be able to make investments via e-Bullion (e-currency) too. You can find our more about e-Bullion at www.e-bullion.com.
In order to switch your Open Trade account to e-Bullion payment system click on YES. If you click on NO we will not be able to process your withdrawal requests to your e-gold account until the problems with e-gold payment systems are solved.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Good news for us, because we have problem to access our E-gold too. So we choice to change our payment processor information to E-bullion.
Unhappily we have a problem with our security answer. We forgot our security answer (required field) to change account data.
Just Iucky at the time we saw opentrade live support "online". So we chat with them. Here is our dialog with opentrade live support ( Barbara Parrington ).
